Letter from the President
Dear Exhibitor,

If your company is exhibiting at an upcoming trade show, you need to know that by becoming a member of the IAEC, you can lower your exhibiting cost.

Membership is FREE! There are no application forms or setup fees.

IAEC simply wants to be your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC).

IAEC will work for you with a constantly growing network of independent exhibit companies and general contractors throughout the country, to negotiate discount exhibiting pricing for our members. We will only work with established full service exhibit houses that offer turn key solutions and provide superior products, service, and have an excellent reputation for reliability in the industry. Our reputation is extremely important to us and the key to our success is built upon your successful exhibiting concerns.

We can alleviate the headaches associated with tradeshow coordination!

Need a display or exhibit rental? Need furniture, carpet, plasma screen rentals, graphics, installation & dismantle labor, storage, shipping, or transportation?

Need show services ordered such as electric, data lines, overhead banner rigging, and booth cleaning?

As our membership grows, so does our negotiating ability. By providing independent exhibit companies with multiple exhibiting customers for a tradeshow, the exhibit company can save on the cost of shipping, labor, scheduling, logistics, administrative processing concerns, as well as the cost of show insurance.
These savings after our representation charge are reflected as lower exhibiting cost to our members. This is a win win relationship between our network exhibit companies, IAEC, and most importantly, you, the exhibitor.

Whether your company exhibits at only one or more trade shows per year, in a small or large booth space, does not affect your ability to have representation by IAEC for any and all exhibiting concerns.

While you take advantage of the financial benefits of being an IAEC member, you and your company will also be protected with peace of mind that both IAEC and its’ network exhibit companies carry the required liability insurance for every show.

We also help protect our members financially should there be any disputes as to products or services agreed upon and paid for but not received. Our agreement with our network exhibit companies allows us to retain 10% of the exhibiting cost payment until after the show has ended and all check listed concerns have been satisfied. With that being considered, and should it be necessary, we will work to resolve any issues for you and have the ability to handle adjustments and/or disperse refunds.

Located in your tradeshow exhibitor manual is an EAC form, (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor), that when signed by your company, authorizes IAECs’ contracted exhibit companies and IAEC representatives to enter your booth space and perform any and all services.

That’s right! You don’t have to order your products and services from the house vendors or General Contractor of the show.

Together, we can expect more for your exhibiting dollars in an industry where cost are at a premium, from your booth floor space, to the free give away items.
Together, we can realize that
is possible!
Sincerely,

Ronald P. Manner
President,
