According
to Successful Trade Show Strategies,
“Studies suggest you have
only 4 to 6 seconds to attract
the prospect’s attention
while exhibiting at a trade show!” |
|
| Budgeting
for Exhibiting Success |
|
We emphasize
three key aspects which should
always be kept in mind and incorporated
into your booth space design which
are light, color, and motion.
You will rarely ever have more
than one opportunity to capture
traffic attention, so the presentation
of your company, |
its
products and services needs to
be impressive.
Booth floor
space is expensive so, you need
to be willing to spend at least
3 to 5 times that cost for what
will go in that space in order
to make sure you portray that
look of success.
|
Start
your event planning up to a year
in advance. Determining your future
cost now will allow you more budgeting
time so you can achieve that desired
look and effect. Results are why
exhibitors pay so much for that
very expensive floor space. Remember,
you don’t need to have a
big budget to look big! |

| Did
you know? |
|
Should you decide
to rent exhibiting items such as a
display, custom exhibit, carpet, furniture
or video/audio equipment, you do have
an
option to choose your Exhibitor Appointed
Contractor (EAC).
You are not required to hire the “house”
general contractor (GC) and “authorized”
vendors of the show.
When you register to display a show
booth, you will receive an exhibit
kit. Inside every exhibit kit is an
EAC Form, or Third Party Authorization.
When executed, it enables your choice
of the GC or independent exhibit contractor
to enter your booth space and provide
any and all products and services.
|
 |
IAEC
is your agent to find those EACs who
provide products and services that are
comparable or superior to the GC vendors
while keeping your cost competetive
and your service personalized.
IAEC
can also save you money on new displays
as well.
